Tom Guerard
President
Tom brings over 14 years of experience in the industry with a BASc in Mechatronics Engineering. He has wide-ranging experience having been involved in manufacturing of complex low-volume critical aerospace components to high-volume automotive parts. Tom has in-depth experience in all major sectors of manufacturing operations such as 3D CAD design, CNC machine engineering and programming, metrology, cutting tool design, electrical design, automation programming, and software programming.
Gardner T & S Co., Inc. (Gardner Tool) was founded in 1998 as a continuation to Gardner Tool & Stamping Company which itself dates back to the 1950s. It started primarily as a manufacturer of stamped metal products and over the years has evolved into a precision CNC manufacturer. In 2023, Gardner Tool transitioned to new leadership under Tom Guerard and began a new era of digital transformation to its operations.
